Salaz Lifetime Workmanship
If our installation labor causes a leak or system failure for as long as you own the home, we repair it at no charge to you. Transferable once to the next owner within the first 10 years.
Manufacturer Product Warranty
GAF Golden Pledge, Owens Corning Platinum, Carrier Infinity 10-year parts — we register every install in your name within 14 days of completion.
Documentation You Keep
After every job we email you the permit close-out, photo report, manufacturer registration confirmation, and a one-page warranty summary suitable for handing to a buyer.

Coverage: Salaz Consulting LLC ("Salaz") warrants the workmanship of all roofing and HVAC installation services performed for the original homeowner for as long as the homeowner owns the property at which the work was performed.
Exclusions: Damage caused by acts of God exceeding manufacturer ratings (hail above 2 inches, sustained winds above 110 mph), unauthorized modifications, lack of routine maintenance (HVAC), or pre-existing structural defects disclosed in writing prior to installation.
Transfer: The workmanship warranty is transferable one time, to the immediate next homeowner, provided the transfer is requested in writing within 30 days of property sale and within 10 years of original installation date.
Claims: Notify Salaz in writing within 30 days of discovering a covered defect. Salaz will inspect within 10 business days and effect repair within 30 days, weather permitting.
Limitation: Salaz's total liability under this warranty is limited to the original contract price. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
