These Terms govern your use of https://salazconsulting.com and the services offered by Salaz Consulting LLC (DBA Salaz Home Services). By using our site or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of website

You may use this website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access non-public portions of the site.

2. Estimates and proposals

All estimates are valid for 90 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are not contracts; a signed proposal and deposit are required before work begins.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices in USD; sales tax added where applicable
• Standard payment schedule: 0% deposit at signing, 50% upon material delivery, balance upon completion
• Financed projects follow the lender's payment terms
• Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or maximum allowed by Colorado law

4. Warranties

Our warranty terms are set out in detail on the Warranty page and in the signed contract for each project. Manufacturer warranties pass through to the homeowner directly from the manufacturer.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Colorado law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the contract price for that project. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salaz Consulting LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, photos, logos) is owned by Salaz Consulting LLC or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
