Brad has over 30 years of experience in leadership and management, receiving training from IBM’s Management Institute. During his tenure in IBM, an international corporation known for management excellence, innovation, and leadership he led diverse teams in both the US and Asia. He worked to develop collaborative teams while fostering inclusive environments, leading the charge in developing strong and effective leaders and was recognized in many ways for his leadership skills.

As an entrepreneur, Brad developed and led diverse teams of blue-collar workers to overcome various challenges, set and achieved common goals, and developed leaders. He is passionate about helping others succeed and is focused on sharing his knowledge to improve businesses around the world.

In his current role of Principal Consultant with ELS Diversity and Consulting, his goal is to help clients retain key employees, build inclusive and productive teams, develop leaders, strengthen management skills, lower business costs, and improve customer satisfaction. This is done through a:

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Nova Southeastern University.
